Order Processing

Orders are typically processed within 1–5 business days after payment confirmation.

Processing times may vary during:

  • Product launches
  • High-volume seasons
  • Carrier disruptions

Orders are not processed or shipped on weekends or major holidays.

Once an order has entered processing or fulfillment, it may no longer be eligible for cancellation or modification.

Shipping Times

Estimated delivery times vary depending on the destination and shipping method selected.

Typical estimated delivery times:

  • United States: 5–15 business days
  • International Orders: 7–25 business days

Please note that these are estimated timeframes only and are not guaranteed delivery dates.

Shipping Confirmation & Tracking

Once your order has shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation email containing tracking information, when available.

Tracking updates are provided directly by the shipping carrier and may take several business days to appear after shipment.

John Capri is not responsible for delays in carrier tracking system updates.

Incorrect Shipping Information

Customers are responsible for providing complete and accurate shipping information at checkout.

If an order is delayed, returned, or undeliverable due to incorrect or incomplete address information provided by the customer, John Capri shall not be held responsible.

Additional shipping fees may apply for reshipment requests.

Customs, Duties & Taxes

International orders may be subject to:

  • Import duties
  • Customs fees
  • VAT
  • Local taxes
  • Carrier handling fees

These charges are determined by the destination country and are the sole responsibility of the customer.

John Capri has no control over customs procedures or associated fees.

Delivery Responsibility

Risk of loss and title for purchased items transfer to the customer upon delivery of the package to the shipping carrier.

Once tracking indicates a package has been delivered, John Capri is not responsible for:

  • Lost packages
  • Stolen packages
  • Delivery to an incorrect location caused by carrier error
  • Unattended deliveries

Customers should contact the carrier directly regarding delivery-related issues after confirmed delivery.

Delayed or Lost Packages

If your package appears delayed or lost, please contact us at support.johncapri@gmail.com.

We will make reasonable efforts to assist in locating the shipment and coordinating with the carrier when applicable.

However, John Capri cannot guarantee carrier resolutions and is not liable for delays or losses caused by third-party shipping providers.

Returned to Sender Packages

Packages returned to sender due to:

  • Incorrect address
  • Failed delivery attempts
  • Refused delivery
  • Unclaimed shipments

may be subject to:

  • Return shipping fees
  • Reshipment costs
  • Partial refunds

Original shipping charges are non-refundable.

Split Shipments

In certain cases, orders containing multiple items may be shipped separately depending on:

  • Warehouse availability
  • Inventory allocation
  • Product origin
  • Logistics optimization

Customers may receive multiple tracking numbers for a single order.

Fraud Prevention & Order Verification

For security purposes, certain orders may require additional verification before shipment.
