Refund & Return Policy

Our 30-day return window, eligibility, refunds, exchanges and chargeback terms.

At John Capri, we are committed to delivering premium products and a reliable shopping experience. Please review the following policy carefully before placing an order.

Return Eligibility

We offer a 30-day return policy from the date your order is marked as delivered.

To qualify for a return, the item must:

  • Be unused, unworn, and in the same condition received
  • Include original packaging, tags, manuals, accessories, and protective materials
  • Show no signs of wear, resizing, scratches, damage, or alterations
  • Be accompanied by proof of purchase or order confirmation

Returns that fail to meet these requirements may be denied or subject to a partial refund at our discretion.

Return Requests

Returns sent without prior authorization will not be accepted.

Once approved, customers will receive return instructions and the designated return address.

Return Shipping Costs

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless:

  • The wrong item was received
  • The product arrived damaged
  • The item has a verified manufacturing defect

Refused deliveries, undeliverable packages, or orders returned to sender due to incorrect shipping information provided by the customer may be subject to:

  • Return shipping fees
  • Restocking fees
  • Partial refunds

Original shipping charges are non-refundable.

We strongly recommend using a trackable and insured shipping service for all approved returns. John Capri is not responsible for returns lost or damaged during transit.

Inspection & Approval

All returned products are thoroughly inspected upon arrival.

John Capri reserves the right to:

  • Reject returns that do not comply with this policy
  • Apply partial refunds for items returned damaged, incomplete, used, or improperly packaged
  • Refuse returns associated with suspicious activity, abuse of policy, or potential fraud

Excessive return activity may result in refusal of future orders or account restrictions.

Damaged, Incorrect, or Defective Items

Customers must inspect their order immediately upon delivery.

If your order arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, you must contact us within 72 hours of delivery and provide:

  • Order number
  • Description of the issue
  • Clear photos or videos of the item, packaging, and shipping label

Failure to report issues within this timeframe may affect eligibility for replacement or refund.

Delivery Responsibility

Once a package has been marked as delivered by the carrier, responsibility for the shipment transfers to the customer.

John Capri is not responsible for:

  • Stolen packages after delivery
  • Delivery delays caused by carriers
  • Delays caused by weather, customs, holidays, or logistical disruptions
  • Incorrect shipping information entered at checkout

Customers are responsible for ensuring all shipping information is accurate before completing the purchase.

Product Appearance & Materials

We make every effort to display product colors, finishes, and details as accurately as possible. However, slight variations may occur due to:

  • Screen settings
  • Lighting conditions
  • Photography editing
  • Material characteristics
  • Manufacturing tolerances

Such variations are not considered defects.

Products labeled as water-resistant are designed to withstand limited exposure to moisture under specified conditions only. Water resistance is not permanent and may decrease over time due to normal wear, accidental damage, misuse, or improper handling. Unless explicitly stated in the product description, products should not be considered waterproof.

Non-Returnable Items

The following items are non-returnable and non-refundable:

  • Gift cards
  • Final sale or clearance items
  • Personalized or custom-made products
  • Products marked as non-returnable
  • Items damaged through misuse, accidents, unauthorized modifications, or improper care
  • Products returned without original packaging or essential components

Exchanges

We do not currently offer direct exchanges.

Customers wishing to obtain a different item may return the eligible product and place a new order separately.

Order Cancellations

Orders may only be canceled before processing or shipment begins.

Once an order has entered fulfillment or has been shipped, cancellation requests may no longer be possible.

European Union Customers

For orders shipped to countries within the European Union, customers may have the legal right to cancel or return their order within 14 days under applicable consumer protection laws.

Returned items must remain unused and include all original packaging and contents.

Refunds

Once a return is received and inspected, customers will be notified regarding approval status.

Approved refunds will be issued to the original payment method.

Please allow:

  • Up to 10 business days for processing after approval
  • Additional time required by banks or card issuers

Shipping fees, insurance costs, taxes, customs duties, and handling fees are non-refundable unless otherwise required by law.

Chargebacks & Payment Disputes

Customers agree to contact John Capri before initiating any chargeback or payment dispute.

Fraudulent or abusive chargebacks — including claims for orders confirmed as delivered or accurately described — may result in:

  • Submission of delivery records, IP information, order verification, and customer communications to payment processors
  • Denial of future purchases
  • Additional action where permitted by law

We reserve the right to fully dispute illegitimate payment disputes.
