Return & Exchange Policy

At John Capri, customer satisfaction is our top priority. If you're not completely satisfied with your purchase, we want to make it right. Please take a moment to review our return and exchange policy.

1. Return Eligibility

  • We accept returns on most items within 30 days of the delivery date.
  • To be eligible for a return, the item must be unused, unworn, and in its original condition with all tags still attached.
  • Items that are damaged, worn, or altered in any way will not be accepted for return or exchange.
  • Sale items or discounted items may not be eligible for return or exchange. Please check the specific product page for more details.

2. How to Initiate a Return

  • To initiate a return, please contact our customer service team at store.johncapri@gmail.com. Provide your order number and the reason for the return.
  • Once we confirm that your return request is eligible, we will provide you with a return authorization number and the return address.

3. Return Shipping

  • Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer, except in cases where the product is defective or the return is due to a shipping error on our part.
  • We recommend using a traceable shipping method when returning an item. We are not responsible for items lost in transit that are being returned.

4. Refund Process

  • Once we receive the returned item, we will inspect it to ensure it meets the return criteria.
  • If your return is approved, we will issue a refund to the original payment method. Please note that it may take 5-10 business days for the refund to appear in your account, depending on your bank or payment provider.
  • If the return is denied, we will notify you and your item will be sent back to you at your expense.

5. Exchanges

  • At this time, we do not offer direct exchanges. If you would like a different size, color, or style, please return the original item for a refund and place a new order for the item you want.

6. Defective or Damaged Items

  • If you receive an item that is damaged or defective, please contact us immediately at store.johncapri@gmail.com with photos of the damage or defect. We will issue a refund or exchange for the defective item at no additional cost to you.

7. Non-Returnable Items

  • The following items are not eligible for return or exchange:
    • Gift cards
    • Underwear and swimwear (for hygiene reasons)
    • Personalized or customized items
    • Items marked as final sale

8. Refund Exceptions

  • We reserve the right to refuse a return or exchange if the returned item does not meet our return policy criteria or is returned after the 30-day return window.
